Baltimore Employees’ Retirement Places Barings on Watch

The Baltimore Employees' Retirement System has placed Barings Core Real Estate on the Watch List, according to meeting minutes from the December 15 board meeting.

No reasoning was given in the meeting minutes.

As of September 30, 2022, the Barings Core Real Estate composite had a market value of approximately $125 million.
