Dakota Paradise is an app that allows investment sales teams to enter scheduled meetings and meeting notes into their Salesforce instance directly from their phone. Just fill out one form (Company Name, Invitees, Date, Time, Location, Meeting Type, Zoom/Conference Call/Face to Face) the meeting automatically appears both in your Outlook/Gmail and in your Salesforce instance as an activity on the salesforce calendar.
Dakota Paradise makes follow-up super easy and super efficient. Otherwise, you are betting on the salesperson effectively using excel or a yellow legal pad to record all of their meetings to schedule follow-up.
