Wichita Retirement Commits $25M to Real Assets

The Wichita Retirement System disclosed a $25 million commitment to Molpus Woodlands Fund VI, according to recent meeting minutes.

WRS maintains a 5% target to timber, currently having 6.5% allocated to the asset class.

Callan assisted with the recommendation.

WRS currently allocates 6.5% of their portfolio to timber with a target allocation of 5%.
