Wealth Enhancement Buys $111M Boston Hybrid RIA Scribner Team

Wealth Enhancement announced the acquisition of Boston-based hybrid RIA Scribner Team, adding $111M in client assets and bringing the firm’s total client assets to nearly $103B.

Led by Mark Scribner, Michelle Scribner, and John Vassello, the Scribner group has a collective 65 years of experience in working with C-suite executives, ultra-high-net-worth, and high-net-worth clients in Greater Boston and beyond.

Wealth Enhancement CEO Jeff Dekko said in a statement that the acquisition further strengthens the firm’s reach in Northeastern. In July, Wealth Enhancement acquired central Massachusetts hybrid RIA Peak Financial Services, which added $123M in AUM. The Scribner acquisition closed on December 31, marking Wealth Enhancement’s 19th transaction in 2024.
