Wales Pension Plan Appoints Real Estate Managers

According to an August 5th news release, the Wales Pension Partnership (WPP) has appointed three new real estate investment managers. Hymans Robertson and bfinance assisted with the search. 

Schroders was selected as both the UK Core Real Estate and Impact/Local Real Estate. And CBRE was selected for the role of International Real Estate manager.

As of March 31, 2023, WPP was valued at approximately £5.1 billion ($6.5B).
