The San Diego County Employees’ Retirement Association (SDCERA) has approved a staff recommendation to commit $75M to Sycamore Tree CLO Fund II, per recently published minutes.
In a November 21 board meeting, SDCERA trustees unanimously voted in favor of a $75M investment in the fund and authorized staff to execute related documents. Dakota first reported on October 4 the staff recommendation to commit to Sycamore Tree’s CLO fund, as disclosed in a September 19 memo by CIO Stephen Sexauer.
As of the latest Dakota data, the California-based county pension holds a total net position of $17B.
