Report: Rockefeller Recruits Head of $3.6B Morgan Stanley Team

The Rockefeller Global Family Office has recruited the head of a $3.6B New York City wealth team that operates under Morgan Stanley’s private wealth management division, according to a September 18 report by AdvisorHub. 

Joseph Najar is expected to move to Rockefeller after a period of gardening leave, Najar’s lawyer Jonathan S. Sack told AdvisorHub. Najar served as managing director at Morgan Stanley Private Wealth Management and team leader of its 15-person Carrier Group, where he specializes in handling the assets of ultra-high-net-worth clients. 

The Rockefeller Global Family Office is a division of Rockefeller Capital Management, which manages $140B in client assets according to its website.
