New York State Common Retirement Fund has issued an RFP for real estate consulting services.
Proposals are due May 8, 2023 at 4 pm ET.
According to the RFP, interviews are expected to take place in July and a candidate will be awarded in September.
Townsend currently serves as the real estate consultant for the $272.1 billion Retirement Fund.
