Mississippi PERS Commits $50M to Real Estate

The Public Employees’ Retirement System of Mississippi has committed $50 million to the AEW Real Estate Fund X.

The $30.1 billion Retirement System’s consultant, Callan, assisted with the commitment recommendation.

Mississippi PERS has previously committed to Fund V, VI, VII, VIII, and IX.

As of December 31, 2022, Mississippi PERS has an actual and target allocation to real estate of 11.2% and 10% respectively.
