Miami Beach Fire & Police Pension Commits $11M to Real Estate

The Miami Beach Fire & Police Pension Fund has approved two commitments to real estate totaling $11 million, according to recent meeting minutes.

$3 million was allocated to TerraCap Partners Fund VI.

Additionally, an $8 million investment was made to Virtus Real Estate Capital IV.

As of December 31, 2023, the Pension Fund had a market value of $1.1 billion with an allocation of 14% to real estate.
