The Maine Public Employees’ Retirement System has approved three commitments to private credit, real estate, and private equity, totalling $160 million.
A $75 million allocation was made to Comvest Credit Partners VII, a private credit direct lending strategy managed by Comvest Partners.
$35 million was allocated to High Street Value Fund I, a private real estate value-add strategy.
Lastly, in private equity, $50 million was allocated to Tenex Capital Partners IV, a private equity growth strategy managed by Tenex Capital Partners.
As of June 30, 2023, the $18.8 billion retirement fund allocates 19.1% to private equity, 10.1% to real estate, and 10% to private credit.
