The Teachers’ Retirement System of Louisiana has issued an RFP for International Small Cap Equity managers.
The $25.6 billion pension fund will consider Value, Growth, or Core strategies.
Requirements for the proposal include a minimum of $400 million in AUM in the proposed strategy, and a trackable three-year performance record of the proposed product.
Mondrian and Oberweis are the current International Small Cap managers for the Fund, managing approximately $94 million and $182 million respectively.
Investment consultant, Aon is conducting the search.
