The Lexington Policemen's and Firefighters' Pension Plan is preparing a new real estate manager search according to minutes from the February meeting.
Investment consultant, Callan, suggested moving the JP Morgan Strategic Property Fund into the queue for a full redemption and as a result, a motion to start a new manager search was approved.
As of September 30, 2023, the Retirement System has a market value of $909 million.
