Following its real assets equity manager search, the Iowa Public Employees Retirement System (IPERS) approved the hiring of nine investment managers, as noted in recently published minutes from its June 20 board meeting.
For infrastructure exposure within the real assets category, IPERS selected North Haven Infrastructure Partners IV, Stonepeak Infrastructure Fund Series, and Macquarie Infrastructure Partners Fund VI.
In real estate, IPERS appointed Kayne Anderson REP VII, KKR Real Estate Partners Americas IV, Oak Street Real Estate Capital Net Lease Property Fund, LCN North American Fund, and Elm Tree Fund Net Lease.
Lastly, in private equity, Energy Capital Partners Fund Series was chosen.
Per Dakota data, IPERS oversees approximately $43.6B in assets.
