Iowa Municipal Fire & Police Commit $15M to Venture Capital

The Municipal Fire & Police Retirement System of Iowa has made a $15 million commitment to the Top Tier Venture Velocity Prime Fund.

Marquette made the investment recommendation at the June 22 board meeting.

The Retirement System targets 22% to Illiquid Investments. Of which, they target 81.8% to private equity.
