Illinois Police Officers Pension Fund Planning EM Debt/Equity Searches

According to meeting materials from the January 19th board meeting, an Emerging Market Debt Manager search and Emerging Market Equity Search are planned for 2024.

IPOPIF plans to issue an Emerging Market Debt Manager RFP in March. The preliminary target is a September selection.

An action plan and timeline are under development for an Emerging Market Equity Search. Potential board education will be in March.
