ICG completed fundraising on its third North America-focused private credit fund, raising $1.9B, a 50% increase in client capital compared to its predecessor fund, according to a September 19 news release.
ICG North American Credit Partners Fund III continues the firm’s strategy, first launched in 2014, focused on providing private debt financing to private-equity-sponsored middle-market companies and independent broker dealers in North America. Typical investments in the strategy are businesses with $25M to $250M of EBITDA, the firm said.
