Husband-Wife FA Duo Join Cetera

Cetera Wealth Partners has hired Houston-based Innovative Premier Financial Services (IPFS), led by David and Kate Frank, from NEXT Financial Group. IPFS advises around 500 clients, focusing on wealth accumulation, legacy, estate, and business planning.

David Frank has been in the financial services industry since 1994, having worked at seven different firms before joining NEXT in 2020. He also hosted a financial talk radio show called "All Things Financial." Kate Frank entered the industry in 2004 and, like her husband, worked at seven firms before joining NEXT in 2018. At IPFS, she oversees the development of the team's insurance financial representatives. The husband-wife team brings significant experience to Cetera Wealth Partners through this transition.
