Howard County Master Trust Commits $15M to Private Equity

The Howard County Master Trust disclosed a $15 million commitment to HarbourVest Dover Street Secondaries Fund XI.

Investment consultant, NEPC assisted with the investment.

As of December 31, 2023, the $1.4 billion pension fund allocates approximately 13.6% to private equity with a target allocation of 13%.
