The Houston Police Officers’ Pension System is targeting $675 million across private equity, real estate, and private credit in 2024.
According to recent meeting materials, $370 million is anticipated to be committed to private equity.
A $150 million commitment was recommended for the 2024 real estate portfolio.
Lastly, $200 million was recommended to be committed to private credit this year.
As of July 1, 2023, HPOPS had a market value of $7.2 billion.
