GoalVest Launches $50M Venture Growth Fund Targeting RIAs

New York-based RIA GoalVest Advisory has launched its Venture Growth Fund with a $50M target in a bid to expand access to venture opportunities for other RIAs.

In an October 22 press release, GoalVest said the closed-end fund strategy will target mid-to-late stage venture-backed companies, deploying a minimum investment threshold of $250,000 on an investment horizon of two to four years. The fund will follow the RIA’s model of using “multi-channel deal sourcing” in diversified portfolio creation across AI, SaaS, climate tech, defense, fintech, and consumer sectors.

GoalVest’s portfolio companies from prior funds include sales prospecting company Apollo.io, chain bakery Insomnia Cookies, and fintech company Klarna.
