The Florida State Board of Administration (SBA) has released a manager report disclosing 10 commitments made in Q4 of 2023.
$1 billion was allocated to a dedicated global equity strategy managed by Morgan Stanley.
In private equity, $100 million was allocated to Trive Capital V. An additional $200 million was allocated to Chambers Energy Capital Fund V.
In real estate, $35 million was allocated to Landmark Real Estate IX. An additional $75 million was allocated to Landmark Real Estate Sunshine Co-Investment. $78 million was committed to Alterra IOS Venture III. Alterra is a new manager for the fund.
In private credit, $150 million was allocated to LMCG Serenitas Credit Gamma Fund. LMCG is a new manager for the fund.
Finally, three insurance related strategies were awarded. $75 million was allocated to Renaissance Reinsurance Partners, $123 million was allocated to Aeolus Property Cat Keystone Fund, and $200 million was allocated to Pillar Juniperus Opportunity Funds.
