Elizabeth Park Capital Management has appointed former Radian CFO J. Franklin Hall as partner and deputy portfolio manager.
In the new role, Hall will be responsible for driving value generation and enhancing investment operations within the firm, bringing prior experience in optimizing corporate capital structures at Radian. He also previously served as COO and CFO at First Financial Bancorp in Cincinnati.
Per Dakota data, the Pepper Pike, OH-based alternative asset manager oversees $341.3M across its investment vehicles.
