CAPTRUST Acquires Portfolio Evaluations Inc.

CAPTRUST Financial Advisors has acquired Portfolio Evaluations Inc., based out of Warren, New Jersey.

According to a press release, PEI brings “more than $107 billion in assets and several hundred clients”.

The acquisition will be the third institutional-focused firm acquired by CAPTRUST in the past year, and the 54th firm to join CAPTRUST since 2006. PEI will utilize CAPTRUST branding post acquisition. The deal closed in 2021.
