Baltimore Retirement Selects International Equity Managers

The City of Baltimore Employees’ Retirement System has selected Wellington Capital Management, Siegel and Walmsley, and Brown Capital & Thompson as their International Small Cap Managers, according to minutes from the April 18th Board of Trustees meeting. 

Driehaus Capital Management was also considered for the search. 

As of September 30, 2023, the $2 billion pension fund allocates approximately 11.1% to international equity with a target of 11%.
