The Arkansas Teacher Retirement System disclosed five commitments to alternatives, totaling $220 million, according to materials from the December 4th Board meeting.
In real estate, $50 million was committed to KKR Real Estate Partners Americas IV.
Within private equity, $35 million was committed to Beekman Investment Partners V, $35 million to Clearlake Capital Partners VIII, $60 million to Franklin Park Co-Investment VI, and $40 million to Franklin Park Venture Capital XV.
As of September 30, 2023, the $20 billion pension fund allocates approximately 14.5% to private equity with a target of 12%. And approximately 7.3% to real estate.
