Greg Dowling is the anchor of Anchor Meetings in Cincinnati Fund Evaluation Group (FEG), serves as the Chief Investment Officer, and Head of Research. He's responsible for day-today management of the research team, chairs the firm's investment policy committee that oversees all manager hire and fire decisions, and approves all capital market assumptions. Greg joined in 2004 and has become known for his strong work ethic and forward-thinking mindset.
Since 2014, he's also worked as an adjunct professor at University of Cincinnati teaching graduate courses on risk management and alternative investments. U of C is Greg's alma mater where he received his Bachelor of Science in Business Administration, and later earned his MBA from Xavier University.
Before FEG he worked as a financial consultant at Firstar Bank, now known as US Bank. He then assumed the role of Vice President at Bowling Portfolio Management. He was a member of the firm's investment committee, managed trading operations and worked directly with the CIO. Greg is an avid hockey player. More importantly and lastly, in 2018 he was named Hedge Fund Consultant of the Year by Institutional Investor, won after being nominated for the same award in 2017 and 2014. He's also been selected in one of the World's Most Influential Specialist Consultants by Chief Investment Officer in 2015.
