Texas TRS Commits $300M to Alts

The Teacher Retirement System of Texas has disclosed two alternative investments totaling up to $300 million.

$50 million was committed to the real estate fund, GreenPoint TVP Partnership.

Additionally, $250 million was approved for the energy focused private equity fund, EnCap Energy Capital Fund XII.
