Texas County Commits $250M to Private Credit

The Texas County & District Retirement System has allocated $250 million to Silver Point Distressed Opportunity Institutional Partners II fund.

The private credit investment closed on June 23, 2023 and is the Retirement System’s second private credit commitment in 2023.

As of March 31, 2023, the $42.7 billion Retirement System allocates approximately 29% to credit.
