Rothschild Opens Dubai Office Amid ME Expansion

Rothschild & Co. announced the opening of a new wealth management office in Dubai that will both support its strategic expansion in the region and allow it to leverage potential synergies with its global advisory business, established in the region in 2008.

The new office will cater to advising UHNW families, entrepreneurs, charities, and foundations, and will be headed by Sascha Benz, who has relocated from the firm’s Geneva office. The firm said creating a presence in Dubai is a critical component of the growth strategy for its wealth management business, with the firm seeking to invest in markets where it has an existing network and reputation.
