Rhode Island Invests $40M to Private Credit, Real Estate

The Rhode Island State Pension has approved two commitments to private credit and real estate, totalling $40 million.

In private credit, a commitment of $20 million was approved for Chorus Capital Credit Fund V. Chorus V will invest in significant risk transfers issued by G-SIBs and D-SIBS domiciled in Europe and to a lesser extent in North America.

In real estate, $20 million was allocated to Elion Industrial Fund II, a value-add strategy targeting industrial and logistics investments within the U.S.
