Plymouth County Preparing for Non-Core Real Estate Search

The Plymouth County Retirement Association is preparing a non-core real estate search, according to materials from the April 30th Board meeting.

The search will solicit responses for both equity and debt strategies.

Investment consultant, Meketa, will lead the search.

As of February 29, 2024, the $1.4 billion pension fund allocated approximately 11% to real estate with approximately 4.3% allocated to non-core and 6.7% to real estate.
