Oregon PERF Commits $250M to Hedge Fund

The Oregon Public Employees Retirement Fund has approved the commitment of $250 million to the Capstone Dispersion Master Fund, according to meeting minutes from the October investment council meeting.

Capstone Dispersion Master Fund is a hedge fund managed by Capstone Investment Advisors.

As of September 30, 2023, the $91 billion Retirement Fund allocates 5.3% to Diversifying strategies while they target 7.5% to the asset class.
