Ohio Police & Fire Pension Commits $130M to Real Assets, Private Credit

The Ohio Police & Fire Pension approved two commitments totalling $130 million according to notes from the investment committee meeting on September 27th. 

In real assets, $80 million was allocated to EnCap Energy Transition Fund II. 

In private credit, $50 million was allocated to Putnam Hill Private Credit Fund.

As of September 26th, the OP&F portfolio is valued at $16.9 billion and has an actual and target allocation to real assets of 6% and 8% respectively. The actual and target allocation to private credit was 3.08% and 5% respectively.
