New RIA Indivisible Makes First Recruitment with $640M NY Team

Florida-based RIA Indivisible Partners announced it has officially launched in tandem with the recruitment of a New York-based team from Merrill Lynch that managed $640M in client assets.

Woodring I LeRoy Capital Advisors marks the first team to join Indivisible, which was established by former Merrill wealth management head John Thiel along with nine co-founders, most of whom also held previous leadership roles at Merrill. On November 5, Dakota reported that the firm was set to launch in the first quarter of 2025.

The four-person Woodring I LeRoy Capital Advisors team is led by Lee Woodring and Robert LeRoy and will provide advisory and management services to high-net-worth clients, multigenerational families, entrepreneurs, nonprofit organizations, and private corporations. Woodring was with Merrill for 29 years and LeRoy for more than 16.
