LGPS Central committed £150 million (approximately $194M) to Octopus Affordable Housing Fund according to a July 18th News Release by Octopus Investments.
The new commitments come from Avon (£50m), Gloucestershire (£50m), Devon (£40m) and Clwyd (£10m) LGPS, and include co-investment to deliver affordable homes in specific geographic areas.
The Fund previously announced its first close with £50 million from London CIV and £10 million from Better Society Capital in December.
