Focus Financial announced Toronto-based Cardinal Point Capital Management as its fifth and latest hub, with the aim of supporting its growth plans in Canada.
Cardinal Point provides cross-border wealth management, investment management, and estate, tax, and financial planning services to high-net-worth clients and businesses in the US and Canada. As of September 30, 2024, Cardinal Point managed CAD 3.1B ($2.1B) in client assets.
The addition of Cardinal Point as Focus Financial’s fifth hub follows closely on the news reported by Dakota early last month that Gelfand, Rennert, and Feldman would become the fourth Focus hub. The firms join existing hubs The Colony Group, Kovitz Investment, and SCS Capital Management.
