Litigation finance firm Delta Capital Partners Management has added three new executives from Boomtown Accelerators and Blackswan Technologies to its senior leadership team.
Jason Searfoss, Elinoar Sofer, and Michael Ouliel join the Chicago-based RIA as CFO, COO, and chief intelligence officer, respectively. Searfoss moves from Boomtown Accelerators, where he served as finance and investments chief. He has held multiple executive roles, including as CFO of five different organizations.
Sofer most recently served as COO at AI startup Blackswan Technologies, which was founded and previously headed by Ouliel. After Blackswan, Ouliel founded and served as CEO at intelligence tech company Ripples Homeland Security Group, while also advising several governments and federal agencies.
