Commonwealth Financial Network’s Florida-based RIA Aegis Consulting has added the offices of two private wealth advisors from Osaic with $600M in combined client assets, according to a September 24 press release.
Mark O’Sickey and Paul Solorzano join Aegis with 31 years of combined advisory experience, with O’Sickey bringing a team of six in Solon, OH, while Solorzano is joined by his executive assistant in San Francisco, CA. Their addition increases the RIA’s advisor count from 9 to 17, for a total of 43 financial specialists and support staff operating across four states.
Aegis said it has doubled its assets from $1.24B to nearly $2B since its acquisition by Commonwealth Financial in May 2023.
