Chicago FABF Increases Investment with Capital Fund Management

The Chicago Firemen’s Annuity & Benefit Fund approved increasing their commitment to Capital Fund Management, according to minutes from the March 20th Board meeting. 

The Annuity and Benefit Fund increased their allocation to CFM to $30 million, having previously approved an allocation of $15 million for the Liquid Diversifying manager search. 

As of December 31, 2023, the $1 billion pension fund allocates approximately 1.7% to liquid diversifying exposures with a policy target of 3%.
