The Arkansas Public Employees Retirement System is targeting $575 million in private equity commitments in 2023 according to a commitment pacing report from their consultant Callan.
$500 million is anticipated to be deployed in secondary funds. And the remaining $75 million is to be allocated to primary fund-of-funds.
Callan anticipates initially launching a search for Secondaries followed by a Primary Fund of Fund search to implement the private equity program.
