Customer Success Manager

Shelby Canto joined Dakota in August 2024 as a Customer Success Manager, supporting our Customer Success team. In her role, Shelby proactively manages a portfolio of customers, ensuring their success and focuses on delivering value to build strong relationships with our Dakota Marketplace customers. Shelby brings valuable experience from her previous role as Director of Customer Experience at FINTRX.

Shelby holds a bachelor's degree in Human Development and Family Science from Messiah University, where she also studied abroad in New Zealand.

Outside of the office, Shelby enjoys traveling, hiking, working out, and watching movies. She has also volunteered with the Special Olympics for several years.
