Membership Services Manager
Mousaab Abdalla joined Dakota in August 2021 as a Customer Success Manager a part of our Membership Success team. Growing and maintaining relationships with our clients, he provides high levels of engagement to successfully onboard new clients. He helps ensure their confidence within our platform. Prior to joining the Dakota team, Mousaab worked at BrandBaston as a Customer Success Manager.
Mousaab graduated from Indiana University of Pennsylvania with a degree in Hospitality Management, and his first language is Arabic.
