Madeline Dykas

Madeline Dykas joined Dakota in January 2024 as a Customer Success Associate, working closely with our Customer Success team. In her role, she runs office hours for our Dakota Marketplace members, helps with customer requests, manages customer licenses, and assists with onboarding new customers. Madeline initially connected with Dakota as an intern in 2021.

Madeline holds a degree in Media Studies and Production from Temple University. During her time at Temple, she studied abroad in Rome for a semester, where she interned at an independent film company.

Outside of the office, Madeline enjoys reading, practicing hot vinyasa yoga, going to the beach, and spending time with family and friends.
