Customer Success Manager

Madeline Dykas joined Dakota in January 2024 as a Customer Success Associate and has since been promoted to a Customer Success Manager. She works closely with our Customer Success team to run office hours for our Dakota Marketplace members, help with customer requests, manage customer licenses, and assist with onboarding new customers. Madeline initially connected with Dakota as an intern in 2021.

Madeline holds a degree in Media Studies and Production from Temple University. During her time at Temple, she studied abroad in Rome for a semester, where she interned at an independent film company.

Outside of the office, Madeline enjoys reading, practicing hot vinyasa yoga, going to the beach, and spending time with family and friends.
