Senior Customer Success Manager

Joe Hoey joined the Dakota team in August 2021 as a Customer Success Manager. He looks to build and maintain relationships with clients through on-boardings and high levels of engagement in providing value on Dakota Marketplace. Prior to joining us, Joe worked for the Business Leadership Organized Catholic Schools as a Development and Business Analyst. 

Joe is a graduate of Cabrini University where he earned his degree in Business Administration.

Outside of work, he loves summer weather and hitting the beach. From 2019-2021 Joe coached the Springfield High School Varsity Lacrosse Team, and in 2021 won the District 1 Championship.
