In her role, Liz helps lead Hamilton Lane's private real estate platform, overseeing the evaluation of primary fund investments, secondary transactions, and co-investment opportunities. She is also a member of the firm’s Real Asset Investment Committee, where she contributes to investment decisions within Hamilton Lane’s real assets platform.

Liz's career spans investment banking, private equity real estate, emerging markets, and institutional investing. Before joining Hamilton Lane, she held investment roles at Jaguar Growth Partners, Aberdeen Asset Management, Equity International, JER Partners, and Deutsche Bank. Throughout that time, she developed experience across acquisitions, portfolio construction, manager selection, and investing through multiple global real estate market cycles.

At Hamilton Lane, Liz’s work includes evaluating real estate managers and opportunities across primary funds, secondaries, and co-investments. Her broader career has also included direct and company-level real estate investing across developed and emerging markets.

Liz earned her bachelor's degree from Princeton University before receiving her MBA from the Wharton School at the University of Pennsylvania.
