We are looking to hire a Salesforce Implementation Analyst to add to our team who will help our customers implement our Salesforce App. You will work closely with our customers to install, configure, train, and support the service offering.
You will have primary responsibility for project management and the day-to-day activities of customer implementations and support.

Job Description:
- Provide pre-sales support by conducting demos of the Dakota Marketplace Salesforce App to current and prospective members (customers)
- Develop on-boarding project plans and facilitate project kick-off meetings
- Install and setup Dakota Marketplace App in customer’s Salesforce instances
- Assist with Salesforce configuration and customizations in customer’s org
- Conduct end-user training for investment sales professionals, technology team members, and executive management
- Deliver Salesforce App customer support to all members
- Collect technical issues and product feature enhancement requests from customers, document, and convey to product management and development teams
- Able to work with many different types of customers (from end-users, technology teams, and executives) in a friendly and professional manner
- Work on large and small-scale implementation projects simultaneously for various size customers
- Maintain expert technical knowledge of Salesforce features and functionality
- Strong attention to detail, problem-solving skills, and verbal/written communication skills
- Outstanding communication and presentation skills; the ability to explain complex and technical information so that clients can easily understand and digest before making buying decisions
- Willingness to learn – ongoing education and training in emerging technologies
- Desire and ability to thrive as a detail-oriented team player who can work with minimal supervision
Desired Skills and Experience:
- 3-5 years Salesforce-specific experience in a technical consulting role or as a Salesforce Implementation Analyst (or similar position)
- Bachelor's degree from an accredited university or work equivalent experience
- Salesforce 201 certification or Salesforce Administrator certification, advanced certifications a plus
- Experience implementing and configuring apps from the Salesforce AppExchange
- Project Management experience a plus
- Finance, Financial Services, FinTech Industry knowledge a plus
- Quality Assurance testing experience a plus
