Information technology, financial services, and health care led by disclosed value. Corporate acquisitions, buyouts, and venture investments accounted for the largest share of transaction volume. Fundraising was concentrated in infrastructure and direct lending, while several large private equity, secondaries, and venture funds continued to raise capital ahead of expected final closes.
