Business Development Representative

Jason Kolar joined Dakota in August 2026 as a Business Development Representative, working with the Software Sales team. Prior to Dakota, he was a Business Development Intern at Peraton in the Defense Missions & Health Solutions sector in Reston, VA.

He holds a Master's degree in International Business and a Bachelor's degree in International Relations from the University of Delaware, where he was a two-time captain of the Men's Lacrosse Team.

Outside the office, Jason enjoys coaching local club lacrosse teams in the Western Maryland area, staying active through fitness, and spending time with friends and family.
