Chief Customer Officer
Anna Walsh started at Dakota in 2020 as Director of Membership Services. She has proven to be a versatile member of the team while creating a great customer experience for our Marketplace customers. She has worked to make sure all of the customers are onboarded to Marketplace and provides them with 24/7 support.
In 2022, Anna became Dakota's Chief Customer Officer.
She graduated from West Chester University with a bachelor’s in Social Work in 2012 and from St. Joseph’s University in 2020 with a Master of Organizational Development and Leadership.
